Chief Executive Officer
Ethan drives GDCA’s long-term vision and OEM strategy. With over 25 years at the company, he developed the Legacy Equipment Manufacturer (LEM) model and remains at the forefront of industry collaboration, sustainment policy, and embedded lifecycle reform. Ethan focuses on partnership, not pitch—building the kinds of relationships that create enduring value
Bill Spain
Director of Legacy Solutions
Bill leads our inside sales and customer support teams, ensuring smooth communication from quote to delivery. He works closely with production and engineering to align timelines, manage change, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Bill is often the first (and most consistent) voice programs hear when they work with us.
Thomas Helmonds
Solution Director
Thomas leads GDCA’s external sales strategy and business development efforts. He brings technical fluency and strategic insight to every customer conversation, helping DMSMS leads, primes, and sustainment teams understand their options and make decisions that balance risk and readiness.
Tania Scroggie
OEM Relationship Executive
Tania helps embedded OEMs evaluate their portfolios and transition legacy products into long-term sustainment for the few customers left that cannot upgrade. She guides each partner through our options-based process, building trust and navigating internal alignment. Tania is the reason many of our most successful OEM partnerships exist.
Anne Bennedsen
Director of Quality
Anne ensures our quality systems meet the highest standards of compliance, repeatability, and auditability. She manages training, documentation, and corrective action, and plays a key role in everything from process improvement to counterfeit avoidance. Anne translates complexity into confidence.
