Statement of compliance with the European
Union's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
directive:
GD California, Inc. manufactures and sells
both RoHS and non-RoHS compliant products. Please check our
catalog to verify whether your product is compliant or not.
NON-Compliance or Compliance is indicated by one of the
following symbols.

These
are products fully compliant with the Restrictions on
Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive
2002/95/EC. |
These
products comply with the End of Life Vehicles (ELV)
Directive 2000/53/EC but due to lead in the solderable
interface do NOT fully comply with RoHS.1 |
These
are older legacy products, which DO NOT COMPLY with the
RoHS Directive. |

We license the rights to market and
manufacture these legacy embedded computer products from the
original board and system manufacturer. We manufacture all of
our products to the same specifications as the original
manufacturer.
GD California products are sold to
worldwide customers in the Medical, Industrial, Mil-Aero, and
Telecom markets to mention but a few. Based on individual
customer requirements and their need to maintain the use of
legacy products for their application, GD California will
continue to supply boards that are both non-RoHS and
RoHS compliant.
GD California will entertain developing a
program to convert either GD California or your non-compliant
products to become RoHS compliant. For more information about

Compliant, or NON-Compliant.
